people to know: erin andrews

it's important to be aware of the broadcasters who call and report the games - not really, but it could come in handy someday.

we're going to start off with my personal idol, Erin Andrews.
she's a beautiful and intelligent blonde with a great rack, fabulous teeth and great on-camera presence.
so she may have had some peeping tom trouble (a perv videotaped her undressing in a hotel room. it was not me), but her career is still better than ever. she went on Oprah afterwards to talk about it. it was fine.

why can't i be you... no seriously.

position: on Saturdays, she's the host of College Gameday - this is a program in which ESPN picks a game, usually an exciting one but then again not really at all, and camps out before it starts so students can be seen drunk on television while the football analysts talk about shit. she's also the sideline reporter of these football games. when it's not FB season, she covers hockey and major league baseball. she's also a Good Morning America correspondent. so, basically, she's perfect.

education: got her telecommunications degree from University of Florida, where she was a Zeta Tau Alpha and a member of the dance team.
style: yes, she's sexy, but she keeps it so chill on the field. she's kind of got a tomboy look and feel that doesn't distract you from the game. she's got a straight and on-point delivery, and she's respected enough that players and coaches talk to her like they would any other male sportscaster.
relationship status: apparently she was dating her Dancing With the Stars partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy, which is what always happens (Mario Lopez... okay, that's one example). most recently she's been spotted with John Hopkins, pictured here at Lollapalooza. he's an actor in Cougar Town or some shit. i don't think that show is even on any more.

she's dating the one in the middle. not really. SHE'S ERIN FUCKING ANDREWS 

interesting tidbits: she was voted "America's Sexiest Sportscaster" in 2007 and 2008 by Playboy, which makes complete sense. actually, i have no idea who else would win that award... she placed third in last year's season of Dancing With the Stars. her sister Kendra Andrews is a professional dancer and her father is a six-time Emmy award winner and was an investigative television journalist. wow.
